1.4 How Airport Fast- Track service process

Step 1: Choosing Airport Fast Track Service while you apply Vietnam visa on arrival with the correct personal information such as your full name, passport number, Date of Birth, nationality, flight number, departure and arrival time (GMT+7), or sending your request via email with the mentioned information. If you have any changes, please announce us 48h before your departure in your country. (except Saturday, Sunday and national holidays)

Step 2: Our staff is waiting for you at the Transfer Hall to pick you up with your name on welcome board. If you don’t see our staff, please call us immediately in the hotline (+84) 909 343 525.

Step 3: Giving our Representative your required document including visa approval letter, entry and exit form, passport, 2 photos and stamping fee (USD 25/person for single entry or USD 50/person for multiple entry visa) in order to help you complete entry procedure.

Step 4: Receiving your passport with Vietnam visa stamp from our staffs after finishing entry procedure.

With refund policy 48 working hours: Please notify us your flight details 48 working hours before your departure in order for us to serve you better. The refund will not be done if we don’t receive your confirmation.
