Hi, please could you advise whether South African citizens are still able to apply for the approval letter and get their Visa stamped on arrival? A local travel agent has indicated that South Africans may have to obtain their Vietnam visa at the Embassy in South Africa before travel to Vietnam is this correct please? Thanks,
