Hi, I am myanmar citizen currently staying in singapore. I'd to query about vietnam visa requirement for myanmar citizen. Recently Oct 26/2013 announced that myanmar citizen doesn't need vietnam visa to enter vietnam. So Can you help to explain me whether myanmar citizen still needs to apply vietnam visa. I'll be travelling a visit to vietnam on coming dec 5. Will be waiting your response. Thank you.

We are pleased to reply that the Immigration Department issued a new rule from Oct 26th 2013, Myanmar citizen can enter Vietnam within 14 days. If you intend to stay in Vietnam over 14 days, you should apply Vietnam visa. If you stay below 14 days, you don't need to apply visa.
