Dear Sir,
I am a Romanian citizen, can you confirm I am entitled to apply for e-visa and it can be processed in 3 working days?
The output from the website will be a visa to be printed and showed at the airport or just a file that I must present at the airport in order to get the visa?

Yes, it takes 2 working days to process the tourist visa for you. And then you just need to bring it to Vietnam Airport to get the visa stamp.
