I am headed to Hanoi in July for a 2 days business meeting. Since Vietnam does not have an Embassy in Nepal, could you please help me with the following questions:
- Is the Visa on Arrival process (as outlined in your website) applicable for nationals from Nepal?
- What category should I apply for?
- What are the documents that I need to upload, send to you at the moment?

If you just enter Vietnam for business meeting, you can apply for tourist visa on our website
You just need to fill your information in the applcation form then make payment online, no need to send any documents. After 2 working days, we will send you the approval letter via email, you print it out to board the plane then get visa stamp at Vietnam airport
