Hello, I am a US citizen and I hold a APEC Business travel card, do I still need to apply for a visa

Please check again the back side of your APEC card. If there is Vietnam in the list of country which is valid to travel, you do not need visa to enter Vietnam. If not, you have to get visa to come to Vietnam
