Dear Sir/Madam, I am planning to go to Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh) on a business trip from 13 February 2019 to 15 February 2019. I am a citizen of India living in Turkey (I have Turkey residence permit). Could you please confirm that taking into consideration my citizenship and location, I can apply online for Vietnam visa?
