I am cruising from Singapore to Taiwan with Princess Cruises and we shall stop twice in Vietnam. Do I need to get a visa before I leave the UK or do the cruise company do this for us?

It is informed that UK passport holders, you no need visa for staying 15 days. However, the previous visit must be far at least 30 days the next visit and your passport valid at least 6 months.

If you have all conditions which given, you can enter vietnam for visa exemption on the first enter. For the second enter, you should have a visa beforehand
You can apply at this link https://www.vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html for 1 month single entry and use it to enter vietnam again
