I and my wife wants to visit HCMC & Honoi for vacation holding Indian passports. Can we get visa on arrival, We wants be there by this weekend (4 days) from now, by the ways I was born in Hanoi in 1949 and really want to visit my birth country waiting your prompt attention Regards Rama.
