I m traveling to Cambodia and then to Thailand and Vietnam. Wonder how much is it cost for single vs mutilple enter visa? I am also not sure which date I will in Vietnam. How do I go about this?

In this case, you should estimate your arrival date - exit date to apply visa and arrive Vietnam.
If you enter Vietnam many times, you can apply multiple entries visa.
