My mom has a US green card but her Vietnamese passport is expired , can she still apply for the Visa ? and what do i put in the " Nationality box " ??

We would like to inform that we ONLY can process visa for your mom with passport detail. So if she just have green card, please go directly to Vietnam Embassy in her living country to get visa.
