I am a Canadian planning on traveling from Thailand to Vietnam soon, but unfortunately I have had my phone stolen and have lost access to my email account. This means I am unable to print off my visa approval letter. Is there any way I could still receive my visa on arrival stamp at the airport without this letter? If not, am I able to reapply for another visa even after receiving one recently?

We would like to inform that if you already apply visa with us, please send us your passport number and the new email address, we will forward the letter to you.
If you don't have the letter, you will not be able to board the plane to travel to Vietnam and can not get the visa stamp at Vietnam airport.
If you want, you can re apply for another visa, even after got one recently.
