I am a British Citizen and will be staying in Vietnam from the 17th January to the 1st of February 2020, will I be able to use the short stay Visa on arrival, and if not how much would I need to shorten the trip to do so?

For 1 month single entry tourist visa, the service fee costs 12$ (excluding stamping fee 25$)
