I'm a russian citizen, so I know that I don't need a visa, but my plane tickets have a different last name, because I also have an american passport with a changed name. Will it be a problem?

We would like to confirm that if you have American passport in which your name is the same with the name in flight ticket, you can enter Vietnam without any problem.
However, you should contact to the airline agency to make sure that they will let you board the plane.
