Hi We are doing two cruises which include stops at Halong Bay, Chan Ma, Ho Chi Minh on the first cruise in Feb-2020 and Halong Bay, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh in March-2020 on another cruise. Please advise what type of Visa we require, how we can obtain it, and the cost
.

Dear Chris Roberts,

HALONG BAY port isn't valid for EVISA so kindly apply visa with VIETNAM EMBASSY to get visa beforehand

Then you can cross VIETNAM with any borders
