Good Afternoon, my colleague from Indonesia has to work within 6 months in Vietnam from next Jan - Jun 2018 , but he can going back home to Indonesia every month. Does the company need to manage a business Visa for him? or as long as stay up to 30 days in Vietnam, he can still go back and fort normal use his Indonesia passport?
If need a business VISA what kind of VISA , how long is the process and what is the requirements?

Dear Sir/Madam,
He should apply the business visa for 6 months multiple entry. So he just needs to pay the stamping fee once when he enter Vietnam firstly.
