Can I apply Visa on Arrival for US citizen baby ?

We would like to inform that if your baby have USA passport holder, he/she can apply 1 years multiple tourist visa

Please also take note that One  rule, with 6 moth and 1 year, you have to leave the country every 3 month and re enter without any payment
