Hi, Urgent Help Needed, I am traveling in the month of November, I itinerary is like Phu Quoc -Hanoi-Danang and return

While applying the E-Visa, We have to put a residential address and select one of the Province/City from the dropdown. But I have noticed that there is No province/city of the Phu Quoc mentioned in that list and also we are supposed to enter our first residence address, So what Shall I do in this case, Shall I enter the the address of Hanoi? As phu quoc is a visa free island.
Note - My flight to phu quoc has a layover at Ho Chin Minh for 4 hours

The Information of resiential address in Vietnam is not important.
Once the E-Visa is issued, you can use it to enter and stay in different hotel from the one you put the form. You can put the address in Hanoi instead.
