I'm travelling from Cambodia to Can Tho, is the a printed e-visa from https://www.xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn/ valid for land border crossings between Cambodia and Vietnam? Is there somewhere to read about the terms and conditions for the e-visa, can't seem to find a page like that on the website.
