required documents for vietnam visa

We would like to confirm that we need your passport scan, hotel booking and return ticket for visa processing; it takes 7 working days to process your visa; service fee is US$150 for 1 month single entry tourist visa (not including US$25 stamping fee). For applying with the Embassy, we are sorry that we do not know what they require for visa processing.
