Hey so I have been in Vietnam on a 3month multiple entry visa and is coming to an end.. I have already come into the country before the visa started on a 15 day free visa . Will I be able to come back into the country on the free visa if I've done it before in the last 3 months ?

Dear Nikolic kia,
We would like to confirm that you can have 15 days visa exemption if you did not enter Vietnam at least 30 days before.
In case you have done a 15 days visa exemption 3 month ago, so you can come back Vietnam this time without applying Visa.
