I applied for an e-visa for August 25 to September 4. However, our airline flight was change to August 28 to September 3. Do I need to apply for a new e-visa?

Your E-Visa is valid from August 25 to September 4. You can use it to enter and/or leave Vietnam within this validity period without any issue.
Therefore, you do not need to apply for a new Visa if you travel to Vietnam from August 28 to September 3.
