I recently applied for a Vietnam e-Visa and received the issued visa, but the travel dates are incorrect.
Applied travel dates: 13 April 2026 to 23 April 2026
Issued visa dates: 13 March 2026 to 23 March 2026
I am certain I submitted the correct dates during my application. As my planned travel is in April, I kindly request your guidance on how to correct this error or issue a new e-Visa with the correct dates.
Please advise urgently, as my travel date is approaching. I would appreciate your prompt response.

We could not find your information on our system, you did not apply with us, so we cannot help you check.
But the Vietnam E-Visa once issued cannot be amended. In this case, please apply for a new Visa to have a correct validity.
