In my evisa application, I mentioned Hanoi as intended exit port but I have now booked my exit from HCMC

Thank you for reaching us.
The Vietnam E-Visa is valid for entry and exit at any eligible ports.
Therefore, in this case you can use it to exit Vietnam via the different port from the one you put on form.
