I hhave both US & Phil passport. If I use my Phil passport to be exempted from Vietnam visa, do I need to pay for the Travel tax in Manila Airport? Thanks.

Thank you for reaching us.
You can use your Philippines passport to enter Vietnam without a Visa for a period stay of no more than 21 days.
You do not have to pay any extra fee upon arrival.
Regarding the Travel tax in Philippines, we have no idea with your country.
