Hi there,
I arrive on the 3rd August 8pm and leave on 18th August 1:30 am.
Do I need to request a Visa because of 1,5 hours that certainly will be spent at the airport?

Thanks for contacting us.
We supposed that you already knew that you can enter Vietnam under visa exemption. However, the previous visit must be far from the next one at least 30 days. In addition, the passport must be valid at least 6 months.
In your case, you need to apply for a 1 month visa because you will spend 1,5 hours at Vietnam airport. If you don't apply for a 1 month visa, you will pay for overstay fee.
