I am already in Vietnam from 15th feb on a single entry visa. I will be travelling to Thailand 22-27 feb and I will be coming back to Vietnam on 27th feb then go on a flight back home to Australia on 4th March. Can I get another single visa even though I just used one?

You can apply again with new visa to return to Viet Nam on Feb 27.
