Before I apply, probably with you, I would value the answer to a question. We are booked to fly from LHR on 15/07/2015 depart 1445, arrive HCMC 0910 on 16/07/2015 then transfer to another flight departing HCMC 3 hours later for Da Nang the airport for our holiday destination. At which airport do we apply for our VOA please?
