Hello, I am planning to visit Hanoi on the middel of January 2019. Since I am from Ecuador, I can apply for the E visa to get it when I arrive? I saw in other website that my country was not in the list of countries who can apply for the E-Visa, but I have heard from other friends that they actually did it, then please let me know about it.
