Dear Sir/Madame, I applied and paid for your visa services on the 14th of June. I still have no reply on your side nor any approval letter. Furthermore, in the email that I sent you on the 14th of July you say that I will get the approval letter on the 12th of July, which is clearly 2 days before the date I applied for your service!
