We are a swiss couple and we will arrive in Vietnam by bus from South Laos or from Cambodia. Is it possible to have a visa on arrival im this case?

Evisa is just accepted when traveling by plane only. In this case, you should apply the visa at the Vietnam Embassy Office in your country.
