I applied for a tourist visa to enter Vietnam on Sep 20th but flight was changed to Sep 25th, do I need to reapply for visa or can I still get my 'on arrival visa'?

Dear Sir,
Did you applied visa with us? Did you book the fast track service as well? You still can enter on Sep 25 if your visa is valid from Sep 20.
