Hello. I was wondering whether this service works if we plan to enter Vietnam via bus from Phnom Penh to Chau Doc? Would we be better sourcing a Visa from Cambodia or Thailand or using this service to organise a visa in advance? (The difficulty is we are on an 11 month trip and we are currently unsure of specific entry/departure dates for Vietnam).

We are pleased to inform that visa on arrival is just accepted when customers travel by plane only, and the long stay is just up to 3 month multiple entries. If you would like to stay longer, you should contact the Vietnam Embassy Office in your country.
