I am actually in Internship in Vietnam, with a 3 month business visa (multiple entry). At the end of my internship, i will go to Bali from 8 July 2017 to 4 August 2017.
I will be back in Hanoi the 4 august for 2 days before going back to France (so before 30 days of the last exit). Do i need a visa when i am coming back to Hanoi? It will be my first entry in the country without a visa.

From the date of July 1st, 2016 to over the date of June 30th, 2017: Vietnam government continues to give out visa exemption policy for citizens from 5 countries: Kingdom of Great Britain, Republic of France, Federal Republic of Germany, Kingdom of Spain and Republic of Italy
And you will stay in Vietnam for 2 days but in August so you need to apply visa to enter Vietnam

But my question was about if i need a visa as it will be my first entry in the country without a visa. Informations about it are not clear.
I have read at the immigration counter: Condition for free entry (without visa): "this entry into Vietnam must separate from the last exit from Vietnam under unilateral visa exemption for at least 30 days".
But i entered the country with a business visa, so can i come back to Vietnam before 30 days without visa (for 2 days)

Can you read again our answer? The Vietnam Visa exemption policy is valid from July 1st, 2016 to over the date of June 30th, 2017. In this case, you arrive Vietnam in August when the policy is expired. So you are required Visa to enter Vietnam.
