Dear Sir
Would like to visit Vietnam for Business .
• Valid passport last 6 months
• Original Passport (Old & New) valid for 6 months and also require passport copy 1st and last page 2 sets.
• 1 visa application form, print back to back
•
• 2 Recent Color Photos, 35mm x 45mm, 80% face should be seen white back ground (Photographs should not be old for more than 6 months)
• Invitation from the Vietnam company
• Covering letter on company letter head - Download SAMPLE letter
• Original Ticket
But Consulate have not accpeted it because it do not have Invitation from Immigration Department (Visa Approval) ?
Can you please advise how to get it ?

You can apply business visa online on our website, no need to go to the Vietnam Consulate. You just need to fill out the form at this link and make payment: https://www.vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html
We will send you the approva letter via email, you print it out to board the plane and use it to get visa stamp upon arrival
