Can I use this service when landing in airport at Da Lat , coming from Bangkok , usa passport ?

We would like to inform that our approval letter is only valid at five international airport such as Hochiminh airport, Hanoi airport, Danang airport, Cam Ranh airport, and Hai Phong airport. Therefore, if you are going to arrive at Da Lat airport, please apply visa with the Embassy in your living country.
