Please note that once you apply for a visa on arrival online, you have to pay the service online to get the approval letter via your email first. Then you will pay the stamping fee upon arival to get Visa. In this case, the fee on the application form must be different from the fee that you will pay at the airport.

However, if you apply for full package that you will pay all the fee in advance, then you do not have to pay any fee upon arrival.
