I understand that as of Sept. 1, 2016 that the cost of the arrival letter and stamp has gone up in cost. Please advise if this correct and what the charges are. Thank you.

Small Change for US Nationality (Effective Aug 25 2016)
To create relations of bilateral cooperation between the US Government and Vietnam, content is the Government of Vietnam Visa valid for up to One Year Multiple Tourist Visa for US citizens entering Vietnam (90 days maximum per visit) for tourism purposes, seminars, conferences, private business or working with agencies in business office in Vietnam and meet the other conditions for entry into Vietnam under Vietnam law. Therefore, the fee for this visa type is $100 per person (excluidng the stamping fee $135/pax).
