Hi there, I am a French living in Australia with a French valid passport for >6months.
I will travel to vietnam from Melbourne and arrive on Sat 24/12 at Ho Chi Minh City. I will leave Vietnam from Hanoi (not Ho Chi Minh on Saturday 07/12) direction Melbourne. I have not planned to stay in Vietnam for the whole duration of my holiday. Do I need a visa? (I have heard that French people are exempt of Visa if they stay 2 weeks or less. Could you please advise?

It is informed that French passport holders do not need visa if staying in Vietnam less than 15 days. However, the previous visit must be far from the next one at least 30 days.
