Hi , I am Armenian citizen and am Green card holder, i will be traveling to Vietnam from the US , where i live, do i need to get a visa via embassy here inthe uS? or can i get one upon arrival?

If you are holding green card, please go to the Vietnam Embassy to apply visa, you can not apply online for visa on arrival
