Do I need a Visa to enter Vietnam?

Two of us are traveling from USA to Hong Kong, then Hong Kong to Vietnam. Do I need to apply for a Visa to enter Vietnam? Also, if we do how long will it take to receive approval? Thank you in advance!

US passport holders need visa to enter Vietnam. If you apply online on our website for visa on arrival, it takes 1 working day to process tourist visa
