Do I need to apply for new visa if my flight details have changed?

My air ticket is booked for entering Hanoi on 27th of September 2018. I want to change it to 22nd of September 2018. I have already applied and received my visa from your organisation. Do I have to re-apply or can I just inform you of my new flight details.

Your visa will be valid on 27th September so you couldn't enter Vietnam on 22nd
