Do India, Hong Kong, China, Germany passport holder require visa to vietnam?

You can apply for Visa online for saving time and money https://www.vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html. However, Germany passport holders have 15 days Vietnam Visa exemption if they did not arrive Vietnam within last 30 days.
