Hi, My husband and I are planning to take a cruise from Singapore. We will be in Vietnam for one day from 07:00am to 16:00pm. Do we need visa? We are Mauritian citizens. I also note that visa on arrival is stamped at the airport. What happens in case of cruises? Thank you
