Hello, I am planning to Da Lat in March from Hong Kong. Since there is no direct flight from HKG to DLI, I need to transit at Ho Chi Ming Airport. Do I need to get the e visa at Ho Chi Ming Airport ? Can I get it at DLI airport ?

In this case you will get visa done in HO CHI MINH airport, So please apply for first entry port as HO CHI MINH AIRPORT
and then have a flight TO Da Lat
