hello i'm from egypt and i would like to get the E-visa but i will be arriving at vietnam via a land border from Phnom Penh Cambodia to Ho Chi Minh city, Is it possible to use the e-visa to enter via a land portal?

We would like to inform that We just support get visa on arrival . It just be approved by plane only. Hence, we can not help you in this case, you have to come to the Embassy in your living country to get visa.
