I would like to know where I can cross the Vietnam-Laos boarder when my last stop is Sapa and my first stop in Laos is Luang Parbang. I have an E-Visa and plan on crossing the boarder by bus.

I would like to know if it was possible to enter Vietnam through the border 113 (near Dien Bien Phu) with a Vietnamese motorbike, and get a Visa exemption for 15 days with a French passport?

Yes, you can. We would like to inform that the France passport holders do not need a Vietnamese visa for 15 days. The passport must be valid at least 6 months from the entry date. The previous visit must be far away from the next one at least 30 days
As long as you meet above requirements, You just show your passport at this border which you enter to get visa exemption for 15 days

From Laos, you can cross to Viet Nam through many borders such as Nam Can (Nghe An), Cau Treo (Ha Tinh), Lao Bao (Quang Tri), Cha Lo (Quang Binh)
You can pick up one of them to enter Viet Nam by bus for more convenience

When we applied for the E Visa online we had to say through which land port We want to exit Vietnam. As we didn't know by that time we said Na Meo land port. Now I wanted to ask if it is possible to exit through Tay Trang as well?

When we apply for the E Visa online we should say through which port we want to enter and exit. So, if we change our itinerary and want to enter or exit through a different land port, can we pass?
