Hello, we were just trying to apply for e-Visa but then we found out that Austrian citizens are not eligible to get an e-Visa for Vietnam. Did I miss something or do we have to apply by conventional mail? Thanks for your support.

Thanks for your question!
It is informed that E-visa is not available for Austrian passport holders. However, you can apply online on our website for visa on arrival. You just need to fill your information in the application form then make payment online. After that, we will send you the approval letter via email and you need to print it out to board the plane and get visa stamp at Vietnam airport
