Hi,
I am planning to visit Vietnam soon and trying to fill in the visa application form (I already have the support document, vip package and fast track option). How should I fill in the family members' section? Who should I put in (children, spouse, parents...)? I am going to stay at a hotel, so what should I write to the hosting organisation? The hotel's name? Hosting individual, shall I just leave it blank? Relationship to the applicant? In case the applicant fills in the form we leave that blank too?
