I have a guest who will arrival by Cruise to Nha Trang and Ho Chi Minh February 19, 2020, and need to verify who to apply for the e-visa. because here in the webpage only see if arrival by airport.

We can help you to process ELECTRONIC VISA which you can use it to enter Vietnam by border
checkpoints (BY LAND AND SEA). However, we just help you to process 1 MONTH SINGLE TOURIST or
